Long Walks on the Beach

School started... yay. It's not too bad this semester, at least for me. I'm only taking 2 classes, Motion Graphics 2 and UI/UX 2 (basically web design). Sharyti has it a bit worse than I do. It's my last semester so I should be excited right? I guess I am, but man the two classes I'm taking are like two whole knew languages. I'm taking MCOM - Business Communications (English on steroids) and Information systems 201 (the bane of my existence. . seriously if you know how to do this stuff then you think on a whole different level then I do. I was quite happy thinking there was a hamster in the computer that made it run x_x). But seriously, I am very happy and grateful to be almost done (with a slight fear of failing my last two classes and not graduating).

We took a walk on the beach today after church. So romantic ;) It was really cool in the snow and such. The lake is frozen over a bit and we walked (tentatively) on the ice a bit haha. I had been meaning to take Jay because he had never been in the winter and it looks really cool all covered in white. It snowed while we were there which made it feel even more tundra-ish.

I can't really think of anything else to add - Me either... yeah.

Below, pictures of our beach adventures can be found. Enjoy!

(I told Jay to jump like Skyler - his best friend- and this is what I got. EPICNESS!)

We've become thoooose people. . .

These are literally the only pictures we've taken so far this year. I didn't even realize this until we uploaded them. It's official we have become "those" people. AKA We have a fur baby.
Enjoy!

PS: This first photo and a couple others are a very frequent pose that Timmie does. Yes we will be watching a movie, doing homework, etc and she just sits there. . ...staring. Little creeper.

Another year over and a knew one just begun. .

We survived it guys! 2016 came and has now gone. So much has happened over this past year!
*We have moved 4 times
*We bought our first car together
*We lived in a tent for two months (never will that be done again. . EVER)
*Between the 2 of us we've had 7 jobs (not all at once)
*We've learned how precious family truly is.
*We've become an Aunt and Uncle for the 39th, 40th, 41st, and 42nd time.
*We added two additions to our family, Skittles the fish and Timid the Cat.
*We said goodbye to Skittles. (Jason) Rest in peace Skittles. You swam so majestically.
*We've traveled to Capital Reef National Park, Goblin Valley State park, Pismo Beach and Solvang CA, Zions National Park, Yellowstone National Park, and Glacier National Park (hard to pick a favorite, but this would be a strong contender)
*And last but not least, we celebrated our 1st year anniversary

All in all 2016 went by way too fast but we've learned and experienced lots and look forward to the adventures 2017 brings.

Below is whats been happening over the glorious school break.
(Alas which is now almost over)
A little Williams Family get together at the Village Inn
Christmas Eve with some Monopoly (I won ;)), and Star Wars, and super comf pj's. Yes the pj's were extremely comfy and the only reason that Jay won was because I got so annoyed with the game I gave up before it was over. I was winning however, I just stopped paying attention because .. well its Monopoly.
Christmas Eve dinner at Sharyti's Parents home. This included the traditional candlelight dinner with soup and soup bowls. Sharyti's dad made home made tomato soup that was delicious!
The E. Coli fiasco of 2016.
Pretty much the week before Christmas we got an alert that Lindon City had declared a water emergency or whatever you want to call it. This was all due to that fact that there was E. Coli found in Lindon City's water system. . .Just what we all wanted to hear. Three days later after a chlorine flush we were able to drink water out of the tap once again.
It looks like Sharyti is taking shots at me haha.
Guns with my Pops and Andy over Christmas break.
It was a blast getting to hang out with family over the break.
How many nieces and nephews would it take to pull Jay over on a stick challenge. Definitely more then three.
More good times at Mom and Pop Williams home.
We came home from my parents house to find a flooded laundry room 😩. The water softener was having a bad day.

Partied over New Years Eve down in St. George with Kristy's family. Good times were had!
Also spent some time with Sky Sky while down in George. Skyler got a polaroid camera for Christmas and we captured this gem.

Its been a great winter break, and a wonderful year. I'll admit, the year had its downs, but it also had its ups, which outnumbered the downs. Any final words Sharyti? Nope, I'd say this post about sums it up.

Happy Belated New Years Eve!!
